I got a ticket for parking in front a fire hydrant. I got the ticket in Torrance by a Sheriff Officer across the street from a Hospital.

Here’s the Torrance website. Enter your ticket number and it will tell you what it costs and allow you to pay it online.

formula : velocity of light =frequency*wavelength
velocity= 3*(10^8).

This sign suggest that one should use echolocation to avoid bumping in to co-workers on the steps. Either echolocation or spider sense – one of the Chinese characters is a little tough to make out.

Question by wakanakab0i: Should i pay a parking ticket if the police switched 2 letters of my license?
I never got a parking ticket before so i dont know what is going on. It says he has my Vin but its a letter and 3 numbers. Arent Vin numbers like 10 digits long?. he also wrote an expiration date, of what? If the police got that vin number from entering a license plate into the system then does that mean that vin is wrong since he wrote my license number wrong?

Question by Adam M: How can I get out of this parking ticket fine?
I recently received a parking ticket in Washington DC for parking on the street during rush hour.
The fine is $ 100. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I was only there for about 30 seconds before the cop wrote me the ticket.
Is there anything I can do or say to the hearing examiner to get out of this??

How about take responsibilty for your actions and pay the ticket. if your kids did something wrong but for only 30 seconds you would still punish them.

John Buckman pointed out that he liked the hack of the radar. (see the note on the picture)
I had to think about it for a second. That green roof of the radar is older than the concept of radar. Thus the radar was obviously hacked into the roof. Its been there ever since I could remember it, so as a kid it never seemed out of place.

It wasn’t really supposed to rain much today. But now it’s a real gully washer out there again. Many days in a row now. But today is different, our chimney was repaired this morning and hopefully those repairs are keeping the rain from ending up in the basement.
Question by miracostalvr: how to get out of a parking ticket from Oceanside Harbor police?
I parked in lot 10A and thought it was a free parking lot because there wasn’t any signs, or a booth to pay at and get your ticket stub or anything. There was no one there (at night) and I got back and there was a 55 dollar ticket on my car. Then behind me I see the little parking booth across the street in the other parking lot. I’m trying to get out of it any ideas, or people who’ve been in this situation?
